The Process

The process of getting your bicycle repaired/tuned by Dr. Bicycle is simple:

  1. You contact Dr. Bicycle by calling, texting or emailing with the services you require and your postal code. If you’re not sure of what you need I will ask you for pictures and we’ll figure it out together. if you need a tube changed then I’ll need your tire size.

  2. I text or email back a quote and a time window of my availability for your particular region.

  3. You text/email back your acceptance of the quote, a time that works best for you and your exact address.

  4. I reply “booked c u then.”

On the day of our appointment I will text you that I am on my way with an estimated time of arrival.

You reply that you are ready (OK, 👍🏻) and then I’m on my way!

🛑 I WILL wait for your reply before I leave for your place 🛑

5.   I arrive and repair/tune your bicycle.

6.   You take your bike for a quick test ride.

7.   You pay me (cash or etransfer) and I issue you a receipt.
